Facebook ne dela, je danes, 13.3.2019 v večernih urah ugotovil marsikdo, prav tako imata težave z delovanjem Instagram in WhatsApp.
Facebook se je za obveščanje poslužil Twitterja in sporočil: »We’re aware that some people are currently having trouble accessing the Facebook family of apps. We’re working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.« ter uro kasneje dodal: »We’re focused on working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, but can confirm that the issue is not related to a DDoS attack.«

Nedelovanje Facebooka v največji meri javljajo uporabniki v Evropi in ZDA, Centralni in Južni Ameriki. Predvsem gre za nemožnost prijave, objavljanja, deljenja in všečkanja objav. Obvestilo, ki se izpiše uporabnikom, ki se ne morejo prijaviti: “Facebook is down for required maintenance right now, but you should be able to get back on within a few minutes. In the meantime, read more about why you’re seeing this message. Thanks for your patience as we improve the site.”, a je tako že kar nekaj ur.
